Orals and posters
Please check the downloadable oral- and/or poster-schedule and please inform us timely if something is wrong.
Time slot for orals is 15+5 min (15 min talk, 5 min discussion). Please provide your talk on a memory-stick.
Posters may either be in A0 Portrait or Landscape format. The posters can be fixed on Monday evening. Each poster will be introduced by a short oral presentation (max. 2 min) before the poster-session. Please provide the presentation on a memory-stick.
Journey Details
Participants who are traveling by Deutsche Bahn: the nearby train station is Welschen–Ennest, 57399. A shuttle service will be provided for all those arriving there.

Shuttle-service
Please inform to emtf2013geo.uni-koeln.de before the EMTF if you require a Shuttle and give your expected time of arrival at the train-station.
EMTF walk
Find as downlad a map, some pictures and a *.kml file of the EMTF-walking tour. The tour is approx. 8 km and we will make a break for cold drinks, coffee/tea and cake.
Leisure
The Josef Gockeln Haus has some nice facilities:
- Bowling alley (Kegelbahn) will be open for all in the evenings
- Table-tennis, table-soccer, soccer playground, beach volleyball
- Swimming-pool (more suitable for children)
