Registration/Reception Evening

On Sunday we would like to welcome all participants in the cafeteria of the University of Cologne. The cafeteria is located directly opposite to the conference site, as you can see on the location plan. A selection of food and drinks will be offered from 18 h to 20 h. You are all sincerely invited to have dinner there.

On a Mediterranean buffet you can choose between meals with fish, various sorts of meat but also several vegetarian meals. For dessert fruits, Tiramisu and cheese will be served. So you do not need to plan your dinner on Sunday, as there will be enough food for everyone!

Besides you can sign on there and get your name badge as well as the seven-day ticket for public transport system in Cologne (for further information see here). Also late registration will be possible on Sunday during the Reception Evening in the cafeteria from 18 h to 20 h. From Monday to Friday you can register and sign on on-site at the facility desk on the conference site from 8 h to 17 h. With your registration on-site you can sign in for one of four guided sightseeing tours on Tuesday.
